Refund Policy

Deposits are non refundable. Withdrawal from any programme does not entitle a learner to any refund. Should a learner supply Reebok Education with a valid Medical Certificate recognised by the South African Medical and Dental Council, the CEO will consider all facts and make a decision in writing to the learner. Should the learner apply for a refund in special circumstances, the learners should document the facts in writing and forward for the attention of the CEO who will duly consider the learner's plight and advise the learner in writing of the company's decision. This decision is solely at the discretion of the CEO.

Financial Aid

There is no financial aid available to learners through the institution. However, the institution will assist learners with information in the event that a learners wishes to apply to another institution for financial aid and will act to facilitate the process as far as is practicable to do so.
